Always, our primary goal is customer satisfaction with the products they receive from us. With that in mind, we know that there will be times when a customer may want some changes made to a product that has been finished. This policy is written to explain how to request revisions and when revisions are free or fee-paid. Please review the contents of this page, so that you understand how it all works.
Process for Requesting Revisions
There are three ways to request revisions:
- When you open up your final product draft and review it, you may immediately request revisions of your writer, by messaging him/her on your account page and then detailing the revisions you want.
- You may message, email, or contact customer service and request the detailed revisions you want.
- You may contact customer service after you have taken delivery and request changes, and the general rule is that this should be done within 7 days of delivery. You will also need to upload the work, because it will have been purged from our system.
When Revisions are Free
When we have failed to follow your order instructions in any way, just tell us what is wrong, and it will be fixed immediately!
If you wish your author to move sections or sub-sections around, or re-write a section that you believe is awkward or unclear, by all means that will done free of charge.
Once in a very great while, a customer and a writer may have had a mis-understanding about the nature of a piece of writing. For example, a customer may have wanted a book report that did not include in-depth analysis of themes, etc. and the writer may have believed that the customer wanted a full review. In these cases, the re-write will occur with no additional fee.
When a customer requests revisions that are to be made for free, the customer has the right to ask for a different writer. We are happy to meet that request.
When Revisions Require Additional Payment
Any request for revisions that alter the details of the original order will be provided, but at additional cost. We will determine a fair and reasonable price for these revisions, and payment must be made before they are begun.
- If a customer has given incorrect information on the original order form, and if the writer has either already begun work or has finished the piece when the customer changes those instructions, an additional charge will apply.
- If a customer requests a revision after the 7-day grace period following acceptance of the final draft (up to 14 days for long orders), there will be an additional fee for those changes, as it is considered to be a new order.
Please Remember: If your revisions constitute a change from your original order instructions, we must charge a fee. Your writer has to be paid for his/her additional work.

Our customer satisfaction rate is extremely high, and we believe this is due to the fact that there are systems in place for the customer and his/her writer to communicate during the production process. Having what you want, the very first time the piece is delivered to you, is always our goal. We will do everything that we can, to make any revision process as smooth and as cost-effective as possible.
